How to drink more water…it seems easy, right? Just…drink more water.
But since I realized this goal of mine yesterday after a mighty hangover, and it is now midnight on Tuesday morning…I have already fallen short lol.
My goal is simple: drink 2 liters of water each day. Yesterday I did that by lunch time (thanks, dehydration!) but today I only drank 1 liter.
It doesn’t help that our tap water tastes like pool water–IJS.
So one way I’m working on drinking more water is…making my water taste better.
I’m being bougie as hayul and buying tons of bottled water and on top of that, I often add flavored aloe to the water HAHA!
I know bottled water isn’t really bougie, but I feel spoiled. I’m blessed and grateful.
But I need to save some money and buy a filter again. Ah, apartment living ^_^
How are you drinking more water, or are you pretty good at staying hydrated?
