I picked up the Sonia Kashuk kajal from Target recently.
This was actually the first video I’d filmed in for-ev-er and the first time I’d bothered with eyeliner in for-ev-er HAHA! So it was a pretty fun time.
When I was looking at all of the makeup on the aisle, this black and gold packaging caught my eye. I haven’t seen an eyeliner like this, so I figured I’d give it a shot. Plus, I love the way kajal looks on other ladies.
There are the ingredients and the company’s description and instructions.
Soo…I think the Sonia Kashuk kajal is definitely a fun eyeliner and it’s quick and easy to apply. It’s easy to build up the intensity and smudge the kajal for a smokey look. I like how dark and creamy this is!
The only thing I don’t like about the Sonia Kashuk kajal so far is that it does not stay put for even two hours. The eyeliner is so creamy that it just slides off of my eyes–quite a funny panda / raccoon look to see! =)
I might usually blame the lack of lasting power on my oily skin or the weather or my level of activity…but I didn’t even go outside! haha So beware!
Beauty hack time: how to sharpen kajal to keep the conical point. I saw a makeup hack to press the kajal down on its side on a piece of paper and twist it against the paper in a clock/counter clock wise motion. That manually shapes the liner and keeps it pointy for a precise application. Fun!
